Our Beehive Rim Door Knobs Rosewood & Ebonised are designed specifically for rim locks. The knobs are sold as a pair and are supplied with one antique brass rose plate, mortice bar and fixing screws. The door knob without the rose plate is fitted to the rim lock, and the knob with the rose plate is fitted to the other side of the door.
Beehive door knobs are a vintage design that dates back to the early Georgian period. Popularised in the Victorian period, these wooden rim lock door knobs are beautifully hand crafted and offer an elegant look for any home. Ideal for period properties or equally suited to modern interiors wanting antique style door furniture.
